Hi there! Thanks for checking out my blog.  I’m very passionate about leading a healthy lifestyle and I love sharing my knowledge. I’m 27 y/o and I like to keep a very busy life, working full time, attending grad school full time, exercising 6x a week and still managing to create easy, healthy, super delicious homemade meals every day! Just by integrating small changes and making them “don’t forgets” you can make a world of a difference in your life when it all adds up.
